It's a really interesting game, though it does feel a little barren in places it's got good potential. It does leave me with a lot of questions as to who and what is going on though.
I second the toughness of that dang code haha HAD TO BRUTE THAT BADBOY! But I do love the sort of old school appeal to the game, and how it was in third person. Nice to have a change in perspective every once in a while when playing indie games. A layout like this would've been even better if the gameplay was extended!
I honestly had so much fun with this! A very quick and immersive experience! Loved the pixilation, love the fixed camera (I usually hate it), love the quick thrill of the jumps! Thank you!
Hey Indie RU, thanks so much for this game. The game mechanics really do remind me of early horror games such as Resident Evil & a bit of Silent Hill, the camera angles were on point. It would be great to have a Main Menu first to set up the controls, options & whatnot, but I understand that this is still a demo and a work in progress. I can´t wait for the full game. Your game is the first one :)
Awfully low turning speed, useless running mechanic (I don't have to run from anything why don't just make my normal speed higher?). The game overall is mostly based on cheap jumpscares that come out of nowhere and signify nothing. And the whole point of the game is to figure out a puzzle that isn't even a puzzle? The game has some nice looks but that's all about it.
Yeah, well thought-out. You sure don't hold back praising your own game. And yes, when the entire scary comes from random jumps with loud weird noises it is cheap. Why? Because when they are over you are left with "what the hell was that even?" feeling even if you flinched for a moment. Everyone uses them, yes. This is why there are so few good horror games.
You could as well put this "it's just a prototype" in the description of the game, by the way.
If saying that the puzzle you made is well thought-out and this is an objective fact is not praising yourself, then I don't know what is. But whatever, if it tastes nice, doesn't matter where it came from, right? I'm sorry that I hurt you developer's feelings.
And do you really expect people to specifically go into "more information" to find out this is a prototype for something larger? For a 5 minutes horror game? Really? Most of the people just view screenshots, read the description (some don't even do that) and press the download button.
The game is entertaining and has a good setting, with respect to the character it takes time to want to make a turn but if one adapts to the control one can walk backwards and then later he can give the direction to where he wants to go, the character is faster like this Regarding the password, it seemed strange to me to see a code in the game's app icon, so I wrote it since it was the first thing that came to my mind, add Spanish subtitles for all those who do not speak English. forget to activate them first, the game keeps its original language, good game.
Truly is a classic horror game, one that liked :). The puzzle was actually somewhat thought-provoking and clever, the jumpscares did get me, and I liked the layout of everything. I am looking forward to see how it continues, amazing work!
One thing I think that would majorly improve this game is to increase the speed with which you turn. I feel like I spent most of my time slowly turning, got frustrated and quit.

This was a really interesting class horror game, really reminded me of the original resident evil games. I like that the game revolves around solving puzzles while exploring a haunted house but I felt that if there was a storyline and more difficult puzzles revolving the storyline would make the game much better as well as more places and more horror events to be explored. Overall, it is a great game and I hope to see more in the future.

1) There is a puzzle and a very well thought-out one. The alternative does not in any way worsen her condition.
2) The speed of the turns depends on the FPS. This build is just a prototype
3) Running is needed, but not here. This build is just a prototype.
4) Cheap jumps? Well, everyone is using it and everything is fine.
